We had a really terrific experience with this roofing contractor. Their customer service was great. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. Our new roof looks great and is ready for winter. I highly recommend them.
Naji and his team did as absolutely wonderful job at installing siding on the lower foundation level of our mountain home. His team also put up flashing near our chimney to protect the wood against the elements. Naji was extremely professional throughout the process, and really went the extra mile to ensure everything was completed above and beyond a standard service level. We are also just so impressed by the quality of the work and how everything turned out!
With everything going on these days with COVID impacting trades--availability, reliability, and quality...we can say hands down this was the best interaction we have had with a trade company in a very long time. Definitely look into hiring HighPeak Roofs for any roofing, siding, or other project your home needs...they have our highest recommendation!
We live in a rural mountain area where the elements are extreme -- and where it can be hard to get service people to come out. High Peak Roofs LLC, led by manager Stephen Slack, did an outstanding job on our metal roof from our first contact-- they assessed our roof damage, helped us work with our insurance company, took care of permitting and used a professional, helpful crew.
